Since 2014 Maison Baron, with the help of Godzillab, has hosted art workshops for children. Held during school holidays, these one-week workshops welcome children during daytime hours each day. The organizers encourage children to experiment in different artistic disciplines; thereby learning through dance, cooking, music, theatre, drawing, filmmaking, animation, and puppetry. This provides children with a fun way to expand their horizons and explore new ways to create, acquire knowledge of artistic techniques, and engage with different cultures.

Some of the workshops are joint efforts with our residents, giving the children a unique opportunity to interact with professional artists such as Japanese artist Urara Tsuchiya, English artist Phillip Reeves, and Franco-Swiss collective Mysquare.
