For the past ten years, the Embassy of Foreign Artists has been offering a hosting service for local cultural organisations at the Maison Baron and now at the Maison de Lancy. The aim of this programme is to highlight the cultural dynamism of Geneva and to make inter-cantonal and international collaborations accessible to small and medium-sized cultural institutions. The configuration of our spaces also allows for better interaction between residents, thus favouring the sharing of knowledge.
Since April 2023, and thanks to the support of the City of Lancy, the FPLCE and the Fondation Émile Dupont, we occupy a family villa with 5 rooms and generous common spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, a toilet, a covered terrace and a garden. Our rates depend on the resources of the institutions as well as the duration of the stay.
Since May 2024, thanks to the same support mentioned above, we have been occupying a second villa located at 8B Chemin des Palettes, consisting of two apartments: a 5-room apartment and a 2.5-room apartment.
